Otero-Pailos Studio event preview of “Treaties on De-Fences”, an artist book and limited editions prints made available in support of Analogue Sites Park Avenue exhibition

TREATIES ON DE-FENCES will be officially released to the public in January 2024 at the Winter Show. It is an artist book of 51 limited edition prints. It is made available in support of Analogue Sites 2024 sculpture exhibition on Park Avenue. Much like the exhibition, the artist’s book of prints aims to raise awareness and advocate for the preservation of modern U.S. embassies. While the public installation will present large sculptures, as a method to make these embassies visible and tangible to the general public, the artist’s book of prints further enacts and intertwines the energy of the sculptures and the diplomatic treaties from which the sculptures derive their names.

ANALOGUE SITES exhibition will be presented by the Sculpture Committee for the Fund for Park Avenue and NYC Parks in March 2024. It is generously supported by the Onera Foundation, the Queen Sofía Spanish Institute, the AECID, and individual donors.
